A charity benefit road ride to raise funds for Meals on Wheels

The Road Ride

The Road Ride will consist of a Metric Century and Half-Century.

Saturday (May 31, 2008) The Road Ride will originate from Carrier Park in Asheville and offers a challenging and scenic ride throughout the river district and various parts of Asheville and Buncombe County before returning to Festival Village and joining other WRFF riders in a finish line party!

From the club rider to the accomplished racer, this is our do-it all wheelset. Strong enough for 'cross season, aero enough for the pacelines and light enough for the mountains. Hybrid ceramics to help do it all faster, 10 different colors to help "keep it classy". Oh, and how about 1460 grams?

30mm deep aluminum clincher rim. 18 hole front/24 hole rear. Bladed 7075-T651 aluminum spokes. Hybrid Ceramic bearings. 3 pawl, 17 degree engagement. A-2 heat treated tool steel drive ring and pawls. 7075-T651hubshell. 7068 T-651 freehub body (20% stronger than 7075!!)
